HAMMADI BOUJMAL
Hammadi is a music producer who has been involved in the music industry since 2005. He is the founder and owner of Media Square, formerly known as Red Square Music, a music production and publishing entity whose catalog spans music licensed to many tv series and films in the US and elsewhere (UK, France, and Morocco).
Hammadi in the US:
In the US, Hammadi has produced the song “Sunglasses” featuring multi-platinum and Grammy awards winner Ludacris and number one selling artist 2 Chainz, as well as official remixes for legendary Hip Hop artists such as CL Smooth (Warm Outside – He Got Game remix and American Me remix) and a remix featuring J Dilla (There’s A War Going On – Hotel Rwanda remix). Hammadi has also produced soundtracks of tv series and movies including the most watched tv series of all times – Breaking Bad.
Hammadi in Morocco:
In Morocco, Hammadi has played an important part as a music producer in the careers of Moroccan Hip Hop pioneers H-Kayne, producing half of their album ‘H-Kaynology’ with singles from the album becoming radio hits, as well as producing songs from their previous album ‘1426’. Hammadi has also produced for another Moroccan Hip Hop pioneer – Don Bigg, “Mabghitch”. Subsequently, H-Kayne and Don Bigg were both honored by the King of Morocco after working with Hammadi. Moreover, the distinguished music producer has also produced songs for Hatim H-Kayne with singles such as “Ca c’est Normal” and “Lune de miel” which was the most played song on Hit Radio the year it was released. Furthermore, Hammadi has also collaborated with Moroccan soul diva Oum on two songs featuring H-Kayne.
Hammadi in Europe:
In Europe, Hammadi has worked with prominent Spanish rapper Toteking, signed to Sony Music, and has collaborated with French rap artist Sat L’artificier, member of the legendary group from Marseille, Funky Family.
